BOOKING

When booking you must provide needed personal data for all participants. Either during the online booking process or on our booking form (you will have a link after your request via contact form, phone or email).

With online booking you pay full amount direct at booking and you get the confirmation direct.

You may also book a tour by contact us direct via our contact form, email or phone. For our private tours that might be the only options as or flexibility gives you the option to design your own tour. After confirmation from us you complete the booking by completing the booking form. When we have all needed information, we send you a confirmation that also is your invoice with payment instructions.

We strongly advice you not to book any ticket for Sweden before you have got the confirmation.

PAYMENT

You don’t need to pay any deposit. With online booking you pay full amount direct at booking. You got the confirmation direct.

When not using Online booking, you got a confirmation / invoice when the booking has been confirmed. The payment must be received by us no later than 7 days prior to the start of the tour.

Should the balance fail to reach us by the date specified on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Prices are published in Euro. Payment in Swedish kronor may also be possible on request.

SURCHARGES

Prices published on this website are based on current exchange rates and costs. However, these prices may be subject to changes and additions as a result of increased costs caused by government measures, changes in currency and exchange rates.

We reserve the right to adjust the price at any time. However, the cost of confirmed bookings will not change.

ALTERATIONS BY YOU

If you wish to change to another tour, we will make every effort to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee this is possible. If a change is possible, these will of course be subject to any amendment or other charges and a discretionary sum of 50 Euro to cover our administrative costs. Requests for amendments must be made by email.

ICE AND SNOW GUARANTEE

All our tours are outdoor activities and we are therefore affected by the weather, the availability of snow or ice and the like. Things neither we nor you can influence. Situations such as a heavy snowfall have covered all ice and make skating impossible.

If such condition make it impossible to carry out a tour as planned and it is apparent before the tour starts, you have the right to cancel the tour and receive a full refund.

However, we do not reimburse any other costs for the trip that you may have had, such as travel costs to get to Sweden.

The assessment of whether a trip can be carried out as planned is normally made three days before the trip starts and if we then find that it is unlikely that it is possible, we will inform you immediately.

You can then choose to cancel or come anyway. If you decide to come, we will reschedule the tour and do other outdoor activities. For example, cross-country skiing instead of ice skating if all ice is covered with snow.

CANCELLATION BY US

When a change is a major change, we will advise you as soon as possible. You will then have the choice of accepting the change, taking an alternative tour (and where this is of a lower price we will refund the difference), or withdrawing from the contract and accepting a full refund of all monies paid.

Major changes are cancellation due to force majeure.

Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequence of which we could avoid, even with the exercise of all due care, examples of which are war or threat of war, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that we become unable to provide a significant proportion of the services you have booked, we will, if possible, make alternative arrangement for you at no extra charge.

OWN ARRANGEMENT

We cannot be held liable or responsible for any elements of your holiday which are considered "own arrangement" and that are not included in our package. We recommend that sufficient insurance is therefore obtained.

All information and advice given by us on travel arrangements, tourist attractions etc. is given in good faith. We do our best to ensure that information provided is accurate, but you must check independently that the suggestions provided are appropriate for your needs before booking any travel arrangements.

Our goal is to do everything we absolutely can to make it’s possible for as many as possible to join our tours. But most of our tours may not be suitable for people with certain disabilities and medical conditions.

All clients must be fit to travel at the time of booking and expect to still be so at the time of travel.

Please ask us if in any doubt. In any case, if any client suffers from any disability or medical condition which may affect the running of or their participation on the tour, they must provide us with full details before payment is made. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and impose the appropriate cancellation charges if such details are not provided. We further reserve the right to decline any booking whenever we feel unable to accommodate the particular needs of a particular client on that trip.

You must be in possession of valid medical certificates required for the whole of the journey and the client accepts responsibility for obtaining the same.
